Are you feeling stuck in life, or you know you want more? Have you done through a major life change, transition, or major medical experience that left you feeling stuck. There is so much that this life has to offer you, that getting through these stuck phases faster can help lead you to more. More of what brings you passion, meaning and purpose. Set time with Sara to dig deeper into what you want from this life. Maybe you have had an abrupt change that has turned your life upside down, and you no longer see the path. Let's work together to peel back the layers and create a clear vision to more. Aligning to your purpose will create ease in your life and leave you more joyful. Being a human can be a difficult job, let's see if we can create some ease for you. Interested in just one session to get on track, then this is for you. (If you later decide on a package the intro session and a 1hr session can be credited towards a package. Deciding on a package after a few sessions, let's chat and see what we can figure out.) This package would give you the free 90 minute introduction session, and 12 (45 minute) sessions with your coach. The 12 sessions typically are used within 6 months. If you need longer due to life circumstances I can accommodate. However, your commitment to yourself is necessary to see change. So, meeting regularly is an important part of your success. I am happy to hold space and help you see the way, but the hard work is up to you.
